Seeking: General Labourer & Skilled Labourer

This role is suitable for someone who is confident in being on site with clients present and working with other trades people, and is able to handle aspects of construction independently.

Candidates need to:

• Detail oriented to ensure supplies required are available and that every job is complete

• Able to work in a tidy manner and respectful of the surroundings you are working in

• Coachable; able to follow systems and process

• Dependable, responsible and punctual

• Reliable and capable of working with other workers on the crew

• Friendly, helpful and presentable to clients (non smokers during work hours)

• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience/ knowledge of the Construction Industry

• Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required

• Efficient time management skills

• Attention to detail, highly motivated and a high degree of accuracy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with changes in a positive manner

• Proficient in English - written & spoken

Must have:

• Drivers license

• Willing to travel within the Lower Mainland

• Construction knowledge & Deficiencies experience

• Ability to use tools

• PPE

Expected start date: Immediate

Job Type: Contract

Schedule: 8 hour shift (8 - 4:30pm)

Ability to Commute: Vancouver, BC (Required)

Education: Secondary School (Required)

Experience: Construction: 2+ years (Required)
